Compliance is taking  very seriously at Tamley Group. The compliance team will be dealing constantly with the Financial Regulatory Authorities, government bodies and lawyers to ensure that our company is in line with rules and regulations set by governments and Financial Regulatory Authorities. Also adherence to money laundering policies is one of the key responsibilities of this team.

Marketing

Knowledge of the market and competition is fundamental to the success of any business, and this is no different at Tamley Group. Our marketing team is involved in the group’s constant market research into existing markets and new market opportunities. Our marketing team identify movements in consumer demand and through new product development and a combination of advertising and promotional campaigns, skillfully communicating the strengths of our products to consumers.
 

Information Technology

Up to date and accurate management information is the life-blood of any successful organization. Our IT department is responsible for ensuring that management's information requirements are fully met and that optimum benefit is derived from the use of the most appropriate computer technologies, both hardware and software. 


Customer Services

One of our main responsibilities is to provide good service to our customers and with the diversity of our customers it is increasingly important to offer high-quality customer service. Key skills for customer service roles are strong communication skills, ideally with good language abilities.
